Masar — meaning “path” or “journey” in Arabic — reinterprets the geometric language of Jerusalem’s Dome of the Rock through stone and form. In this console, an open arch stands in balance with a broad volume carrying fragments of the carved pattern. Architecture becomes close enough to touch, its memory held in the relationship between opening, surface and mass.
