Relevant both in ancient times and modern day, the lowest point on Earth - the Dead Sea is soon to perish. Known for its unparalleled salts, mud, and location, the Sea’s water levels are significantly dropping and are only expected to drop further. The base of the piece reflects the current map of the dead sea after it separated, while the glass on top shows it as it used to be as one body of water. The spotlight above targets the problem area, highlighting the change threatening our environment.
